During the company’s history, we have transitioned from a developer|builder of new residential housing in Chicago to general contractor and construction manager in Michigan building church facilities, to commercial, institutional and manufacturing construction in North and South Carolina, engaging new construction to major renovation, urban restoration and road work, from the Midwest to the Southeast.
Over the past 12 years, the company has been successful in establishing a leadership presence, portfolio and reputation in the North and South Carolina markets. In 2014, The Daniele Company began it’s succession strategy as a legacy business by conveying to the namesake and heir apparent, Aisha Daniele Sarfo, Ph.D., an ownership interest which establishes the company as a 100% African American woman-owned business. Aisha Daniele brings her corporate and entrepreneurial expertise in organizational behavior management to position the company for the next level workforce, client engagement and business opportunities to optimize productivity for bottom line profitability and community impact.
In my leadership as chief strategist for business development, planning, execution, and management, we have exhibited proven expertise in key service industries, 1) K-12 & Higher Education, 2) Life Sciences & Healthcare, 3) Governmental and 4) Manufacturing, including automotive, aviation and pharmaceutical.
