Aisha provides leadership in strategic business management, execution excellence, and performance productivity. In working closely with Gloria Shealey, President & CEO, she is supporting the company’s development and implementation of business solutions, from business models to business processes

Willie is experienced in managing multiple projects and sites simultaneously and is a dedicated, self starter committed to excellence and safety. Willie has over 13 years in construction, project supervision and management primarily in the areas of healthcare and pharmaceutical construction

PM Superintendent

Aaron is highly organized, deadline-oriented, self-motivated and committed to excellence and safety as a project superintendent with 18 years construction experience. He is a hands-on individual possessing strong leadership and interpersonal skills in managing subcontractors

Ruby has served in the role of Executive Office Manager for over 20 years bringing her banking, management and corporate experience to The Daniele Company in building effective administrative operational systems.
