Executive Vice President and CFO 1996 – Present

Responsible for strategic planning and financial activities of family owned construction business. Richard’s leadership experience in the financial and banking industry is integral to the overall success of The Daniele Company and in particular, to the management team.

Daniele also is responsible for marketing and human resources (as a consultant).

  • Responsible for the company’s outreach, prequalification, and mentoring
    efforts in procuring diverse subcontractors, suppliers and vendors for company projects
  • Responsible for development and execution of the diversity program plans.

  • Project management activities,  particularly project document control including, RFI’s, submittal packages, meeting minutes, construction document changes, and project close-out
  • Assist with managing and maintaining contracts for commercial building from plan review, budget development, bidding, subcontractor negotiations scheduling, budget & scope changes, construction, quality control and close-out
  • Responsible for maintaining current drawings, quotes, subcontractor scope of work, submittal logs, requests for information, responses to information requests and changes, pertinent correspondence/emails, and field reports.
